The Sales Talent & Culture Lead is responsible for driving the sales team's talent strategy, ensuring the WeBuyCars attracts, develops, and retains exceptional people aligned to the company’s culture and growth ambitions. This role partners closely with sales department leaders to forecast talent needs, build strong internal pipelines, and implement recruitment, development, and succession initiatives that enable business performance.

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Delivery

Ensure fast, high-quality recruitment through efficient processes, strong candidate pipelines, and excellent hiring manager and candidate experiences.

2. Talent Development & Internal Mobility

Drive development initiatives and enable transparent career paths that grow internal succession capability and support mobility.

3. Succession Planning & Talent Pipelines

Build and maintain strong succession benches for critical sales roles, ensuring readiness and progression of high-potential talent.

4. Culture & Values Alignment

Embed WeBuyCars culture and values across hiring, onboarding, development, and leadership practices; drive initiatives that strengthen a values-led, high-performance sales culture.

5. Data, Reporting & Talent Insights

Provide accurate, timely talent data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement across recruitment, development, and culture.

6. Leadership, Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and HRBPs, ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives and enabling a cohesive, high-performance talent environment.
