The role demands a high level of autonomy; the successful candidate is expected to independently manage regional priorities, make informed operational decisions, proactively identify and resolve issues, and take full ownership of outcomes whilst remaining aligned with the broader Facilities Management Team. Key responsibilities include promoting consistent facilities management practices, implementing proactive and preventative maintenance, maintaining supplier and financial controls, mitigating risks, ensuring the timely resolution of operational issues, and providing guidance and escalation support to Facility Managers as needed.
