2023 Volkswagen Amarok

The 2023 Volkswagen Amarok, also known as the VW Amarok, is a premium German bakkie and European-brand double cab pickup for family motoring, business use and demanding work. This Amarok 3.0 TDI V6 Aventura Auto Double Cab combines a turbo diesel engine, 184 kW, 10-speed automatic transmission and 4x4 all-wheel drive for strong performance, off-road driving, load hauling and towing up to 3,500 kg. Its approximately 955 kg payload makes it a one-tonner class work bakkie, while five seats, leather seats, ISOFIX anchors, child-seat readiness, touchscreen infotainment and a digital instrument cluster suit family travel and daily commuting. Roof rails, side steps, alloy wheels, tinted windows, parking sensors, towbar and a roller-shutter tonneau load-bin cover add touring and practical capability. It is bright metallic blue with black trim and has a visible white scuff on the upper-right rear tailgate.
