2016 Renault Captur

This 2016 Renault Captur 900T Dynamique is a compact five-door crossover SUV and affordable French car from Renault, a European brand, suited to city driving, daily commuting and first-car or student-car buyers. The blue SUV has a contrasting white roof, white pillars and white mirror caps, creating distinctive two-tone paint, with alloy wheels and dark-tinted windows. Its 898 cc three-cylinder turbo petrol engine, 66 kW output, five-speed manual gearbox and front-wheel drive offer an economical fuel-saver profile with claimed consumption of 4.9 l/100 km. As a practical family car, it seats five, has a 377-litre boot and visible ISOFIX anchors for child-seat ready family use and baby seat mounting. Rear parking sensors and a rear wiper assist everyday parking and visibility, while the 900 kg towing capacity supports light trailer use. This roadworthy-ready Captur is at the Lansdowne Branch in Cape Town, Western Cape; photos show scratched lower door trim and a service warning light.
